A message from your Double seems wrong or harmful

Long-press the message in the app to report it. All reports are reviewed by a human. You can also email us with a description of the issue.

Login problems

Make sure your phone number is entered with the correct country code. OTP codes expire after 5 minutes. If you are consistently unable to receive codes, contact us with your phone number (country code included).
